These new and existing systems keep us going and also fueled the naming of the company that is now Simensen Plumbing & Radiant.Once doesn’t normally think of heating systems as “new” or “trendy” especially in a town as seated in rock-ribbed tradition as Boston, MA. Furthermore, radiant cooling was added to the repertoire in 2016. Marc also comes from a long line of plumbers, his grandfather, great grandfather and several uncles have also been plumbers. Marc Hardesty was one of those apprentices that has become a partner in the business. Expanding on those skills, radiant heat was added in the early 1990’s.
He has handed these skills not only to his family, but to many others that were apprentices and now master plumbers in the Flathead Valley. Tom moved to Kalispell in 1988, keeping the tradition going. He would always say “If you don’t have the time to do it right the first time how are you going to find the time to come back the second time?” Handed down throughout the family was this needed profession. He first instilled the quality mentality. Tom’s father, Kastor Simensen started plumbing in Eastern Montana in the early 1960’s.
